BUT WHERE DID THE IDEA COME FROM?

Chef for 25 years, and having organized dozens of weddings in wonderful places, domaines and castles, offering sumptuous meals, it always seemed to me that something was missing when it came to dessert. THE knife for cutting the cake, a knife worthy of a large wedding cake.

These wedding cakes mounted with profiteroles and sweet works of art made by our pastry chefs deserve an object of great beauty, so, the sword of Henosis was born.
